Lt. Governor Dan Patrick welcomed a group of representatives from the Texas Land Developers Association and Seller Finance Coalition in his office during last month’s Texas Home & Mortgage Symposium, where he was presented with the group’s Legislative Champion Award for his support of Texas homeowners and property rights.
Gov. Patrick presented the group with a proclamation recognizing the two organizations for their efforts to provide access to the American dream of homeownership for all Texans.
