PAUL DANIEC

Paul Daniec has worked 24 years in the real estate and construction fields. He is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker who has helped clients and customers meet their Real Estate buying and selling needs. He has experience as a Project Manager who managed the construction of state occupied office buildings from design/permit stage through completion.

He has performed all accounting, estimating, scheduling, contractor hiring, material purchasing, quality control and on-site supervision while coordinating with Contractors, building officials and state agency tenants to meet occupancy deadlines. In 1998 he formed Benchmark Utility Contractors, Inc. to focus on the construction of water distribution, sanitary sewer, irrigation and storm drainage systems, along with site work that includes street and parking lot construction, land clearing, general excavation, and building pads.

He works with engineers and owners in bidding on and managing various types of residential and commercial development projects.
