Texas Land Developers Association participated this weekend in Note Expo, one of the largest note events in the country, combining education, networking, vendor exhibitions. More than 500 people from across the country convened in Dallas this weekend, with keynote speaker Pat Precourt of North Shore Enterprises, and panels ranging from Capital Markets and Self-Directed IRAs, to case studies and a legislative panel, which included TLDA’s lobbyist Chuck Rice, and member Gayle Campbell, along with Mitch Stephens, co-founder of Texas 100, and Bob Repass, co-founder of the Seller Finance Coalition.
