With more than 45 years of experience in real estate finance and investment strategy, Rick has been directly involved in acquisition, deal structuring, capital sourcing, asset management, and development financing across commercial and residential projects throughout the United States.
Having held senior leadership roles including CFO positions with large real estate operating companies, and having advised institutional investors such as pension funds, foundations, and Fortune 500 companies, Rick brings a rare ability to translate sophisticated financial tools into practical strategies that support successful project delivery.
His expertise is particularly focused on public-private partnership structures and the use of financing mechanisms that enable infrastructure and vertical development to move forward efficiently.
