JOHN WOMACK

John A. Womack became a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator in 2010. Later that year he and his wife, Jeannette, started Lantana Services, PLLC to as assist developers of residential unimproved lot. Their goal is to assist the real estate development community and consumers in the loan process, while complying with mortgage lending rules and regulations with the utmost quality and care.  The unimproved lot development business model has its roots in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, but it has exploded throughout the State. Lantana Services, PLLC is proud to be part of this real estate revolution.

Mr. Womack received a BBA in Finance from Texas A&I University in 1981. He has over twenty years in the real estate industry, with involvement ranging from property development, governmental relations, and mortgage origination. He and Jeannette are proud members of the Texas Land Developers Association.
